Hello,

I would like to show you my ebike project.
It is based on a downhill bike with 20" rims. I started this project 2 years ago but it keeps stopped in a friend garage. A couple of days he call me on another matter and i told him to bring me the bike. I forgot than the bike was so finished. Obviously there is much work to make. with a paint job the look will change a lot, I paint everything white, frame, swingarm, fork legs, handlebar and stem. For now I post some drawings.

I am selecting motor and controller, i would like to get a radical concept!
I am planing to use a turnigy 80-100-b 130 kv brushless outrunner or other similar motor
Voltage about 66V (18 cell Lipo) to 80V

Cool bike man! I really like the concept....

You might want to add a bit more strength (maybe a gusset) to the area where the seat section joins the box section :?:

Keep it coming

I agree, I see that working loose over time... Cool design other than that though!
