Magnet glue.

I had a couple of magnets come loose inside my outrunner. I have tried two types of epoxy (JB weld was one of them), but they did not work. I just tried Gorilla glue, polyurethane foaming type to see if it will work. I ran the motor a little with the Gorilla glue, but I expect it to fail too. Each time I clean up the surfaces and sand them. I clamp the magnets and wait for full cure. Anybody find a glue that works? I have used silicone to glue my rear view mirror to my windshield and that works in that application (metal to glass).

There's probably others that would take a different search to find.

I think the gorilla glue may have a problem with the temperatures likely to occur in the motor. I did a quick search on "High Temperature Epoxy" and came up with this:

Most of the others I found required curing ovens, were high priced or only available as industrial products.

So far the gorilla glue is holding.

The motor magnets never get hot, so temperature with the glue should not be a issue.
