I just wanted to show you guys a couple of ideas. I cut up an old CRF70 rear fender that I had in storage. I am thinking of
making a molded fender that would double sided tape to the stock fender which would add some length. Just clean the
top surface of the stocker and peel and stick. It would have to be bad ass tape but it probably exists.

Another thing I did was put on the front number plate that goes with the front fender kit that I just started selling. I am
a motocross dude so I am always trying to make it look more like a dirt bike. Sorry.

I just put a KTM 85 front fender on my Sur-Ron X too, very happy with it, but the rear fender is next, still getting mud on my back. I made a mount from two stacked plates of 1/8 inch aluminum, tapped M6 for the four fender screws, countersunk through holes for the three Sur-Ron attachment screws. Not easy to make but not too bad either. Looks great, no more flying mud in my face.

persons over 5 foot tall which SlowCo probably isn't

Unfortunately I only have 1 foot and just received the bar riser for my MTB as I'm 1,78 meter. No idea what that is in the non metric world
Those bars do look cool though!

I have the street legal one but the speed gauge it is not that correct, can not remember exactly by how much when comparing with a GPS but I was not impressed so to say.
Does anybody know what is the correct odometer ratio setup for the original street legal without any gear modification?

Yes, it does show higher speed.

Hm if you got access to "plastic welder" should be somewhat easy to fuse those together with the correct bonding. If not there is always adding some fiberglass in between or even carbon fiber and resin. Tape? It will likely fall off and get lost?

Thx, they look good enough.

Does anybody know how to remove the rubber handles without damaging them?

air compressor, hair spray, spray lube..
The throttle side comes off with loosening the screws and sliding it off.

On the other side you shoot a little air at the inside edge of the grip and pull it off with your hand.

which of those do you have on hand?? air compressor.. blow the grips off using a nozzle tip.. hair spray.. pry up the grip slightly with small diameter screwdriver spray hair spray under grip, slippery when wet sticks back on when dry.. spray lube, same as hair spray but requires cleaning off lube after grip removal.. you can also just work them off by hand but it's a pain;)

Water works great too. Turn the forks to get the grip end pointing down. Gravity is your friend. Insert a small screwdriver under open end of the grip to get access. Use a syringe, squirt gun, or squeeze bulb to get water between the grip and bar. Massage the grip to work the water around. The grip will eventually slide right off.

I've found that rubbing alcohol works even better than water.
