Looks cool but I bet it is slow and loud! Video seems to prove this

Maybe. At least they also got a cover for those mean gears, don't have to run them bare like in the screenshot.

Doesn't sound too bad in this ride vid.. Probably far from a chain saw but it's never gonna be BBSHD sound levels either.

Wow I didn't know you needed a motor to go downhill on a bike...its quiet because there is not much load on it in this video

I think it looks pretty impressive.. but it's more expensive than a Tangent drive! Like 2900 eur / 3400 usd (although that seems to be including a 600wh battery and backpack) including taxes from this dealer in Italy:

Edit: More in depth look and interview with the maker (presumably), all in greek. Anyone able to translate/summarize?

Not good

The motor is a scorpion 5535 or 5545. The motor is very strong but the bearings need to be oiled frequently... I made a similar setup with the same motor back in the days.

well it has a 63mm motor its powerfull 1500w and its perfectly built the engineering in that thing is way beyond everything else in the market right now , the throttle is excellent programmed and its reliability is way better than the bafang as far as i know (i've ridden it many times)

Well I've driven some , the paradox kinetics it probably the best o n the market right now it's 100% stable no controller or motor errors , it uses metal gears and not nylon like bafang (except the crank gear) everything is perfectly engineered with high quality materials plus the kit comes with 600wah battery as far as I remember 12s Sanyo cells. The throttle is progressive it's not like bafang plus it has a small button than works as last time throttle position) it's expensive like 2500 with the battery and the backpack but indestructible and it has issis BB not the square like bafang , definitely with the 2600~
