Maybe. At least they also got a cover for those mean gears, don't have to run them bare like in the screenshot.
Doesn't sound too bad in this ride vid.. Probably far from a chain saw but it's never gonna be BBSHD sound levels either.

Wow I didn't know you needed a motor to go downhill on a bike...its quiet because there is not much load on it in this video

I think it looks pretty impressive.. but it's more expensive than a Tangent drive! Like 2900 eur / 3400 usd (although that seems to be including a 600wh battery and backpack) including taxes from this dealer in Italy:

Edit: More in depth look and interview with the maker (presumably), all in greek. Anyone able to translate/summarize?

Not good
The motor is a scorpion 5535 or 5545. The motor is very strong but the bearings need to be oiled frequently... I made a similar setup with the same motor back in the days.

well it has a 63mm motor its powerfull 1500w and its perfectly built the engineering in that thing is way beyond everything else in the market right now , the throttle is excellent programmed and its reliability is way better than the bafang as far as i know (i've ridden it many times)
