2016 GNG Premium belt mid drive kit MAX AMP

hey guys,
i wanted to know if anyone upgrade the normal speed controller 35A on the 2016 GNG Premium belt mid drive kit
to something with more Amp,
i atm use the original speed controller 35A with 72V = 2520w
i wanted to use something with more amp to get more power about 45A-55A(*72v) without dmg the motor have any one did it before here?

I ran some 300 + amps into mine. Motor is fine, chains and rings not so much! :lol:

72v- 50 amps is fun and a good fit if you have light touch and a few extra belts. A CA with some throttle mapping will help them last a bit.

Also, check with lightning rods as he has lots of experience with the gng belt drive and can advise what to expect on real power limits of the stock system. I went to chain primary early on.
