Hello, one of my friends has a bike with this motor. He said that the motor lately started to go on-and-off till it eventually stopped working, and after testing the controller, I could actaully confirm it was dead. Now the real problem, where can you buy a replacement controller? The specific model is MM G33.350 48V and it's written MAX01C on the side.

I'm trying to source spares for another mid drive, the Ultra (G510) and i'm having no luck.
Pinged the usual suspects (Green bike kit, my motor vendor -frey-, BTN Ebike, Luna, ...) they asked bafang and they all came back saying bafang does not supply spares for thoses integrated drives.
You might try contacting this guy @EBR forum, which was looking for G330 parts (a lower powered variant of the max drive).
If you get any success, please do tell.
