I have a 52v 30.6 ah battery from em3ev with a 40amp continuous output and I want to take advantage of that. However, I don't want to switch out my entire electrical system just because there are different connectors. Lastly with this upgrade will I be able to keep PAS?
Could I run a grin phaserunner and still keep higo connections?

You won't be able to use PAS with just a phaserunner. You'll need a cycleanalyst to use the PAS sensor.
As for the higo connectors, if you wanted to keep them, you'd probably be looking at sniping off the stock connectors and soldering in the appropriate higos in their place.
