I have the 175mm fat tire dropout version of this frame http://www.cyclone-tw.com/Coaxial.html and have these 17" Sur-Ron super moto wheels https://lunacycle.com/sur-ron-super-moto-conversion-kit/ . The bike is pretty much finished with everything installed except for the rear wheel where I've run into some 2 issues. Any help or information on these two issues would be great.

1st. - The hub for the wheel is 15mmx110mm but the dropout diameter is 12mm. I thought a 15mm to 12mm adapter for the hub and a 12mm bolt thru axle would solve the problem but I haven't been able to find any 15mm to 12mm adapters that would work with 110mm hubs (every adapter I've come across is meant for 100mm hubs). Plan B was to get a 15mm bolt thru axle and then use an angle grinder to widen the dropouts 3mm since the dropouts and swingarm are thick metal so there would be little to no loss in structural integrity. If any 15mm to 12mm adapters exist for 110mm hubs then I'd like to go with Plan A, but if not then I'll go with Plan B.

2nd - There is a good amount of space between the hub of the real wheel and the 175mm wide dropouts so I'm assuming I definitely need spacers but I'm not sure what spacers to use for a bolt thru axle. Any information about spacers for rear axles would be greatly appreciated.

About spacers:
Once you've pushed away your hub from its original nests in the frame, all the weight is now being held by the thru-axle itself, which is usually hollow, and not meant to hold anything but the hub in its nests. I have kind of the same build with surron hub, I am now manufacturing steel axle through.
