Doing research before investing in new technology...With so many existing ebike models out there, it's been overwhelming juggling with different types of information. Here's a compiled a comparison grid between these two bikes. Passing it along if anybody else finds this useful.

Article:
"Both the ENVO D35 and Trek Verve+ 2 are versatile bikes in similar price point ranges, design for commuting, mountain biking, and recreational use. Can be adopted by first-time riders and veterans looking for more advanced bikes."

Hey all good.

I mean it's true that I'm new into the ebike scene. Once you pick up a new hobby, don't you get yourself in some sort of rabbit hole. Just wanted to help other new comers out. No harm done.

Most of us are building ebikes. We don’t like promoting those on the market, especially when the discussion is coming from a seller in disguise.

That said, as bike builders we know about frame quality. To compare Trek with ENVO is not even worth a discussion.

Good comic relief; kind of like comparing a Yugo with a Ferrari to me.

New hobby, paid EbikeBC employee. Basically the same thing, right?

For anyone new and doing research, I'd avoid both of the bikes mentioned by the OP. Neither are worth the ask.

And Screw Trek for how they treated Lemond too.

Terk as well, for that matter.
