Sabvoton Regen Thumb throttle not working

Hi Ive been reading a few thread on the internet but i cant seem to get this thumb throttle to engage regen braking. Im using a Sabvoton SVMC 72150. It has a specified thumb throttle plug which i have connected alongside the normal throttle. However when engaging the thumb throttle nothing happens. Im hoping someone can help me out here on this one. Ive attached some images below showing how i have it set up and wired.

Ive tried with slide regen switched off and still nothing. If anyone can spot anything im doing wrong would be aa massive help

Managed to solve it, the software is here on this link, install version 2.1 and your all good to go

Did you find anything about upgrading the software through the iPhone App? I am having a similar issue. It was working and now it is not. i am also using a thumb throttle as a e-brake.
