Nice, but lots of strain on that hollow axle. Likely ok though.

I think he might of been both inspired by the 4 Cross
For wheeled down hill chair, them put off by the 9k
Price tag abs further put out by the 6 month delivery time so
Went it alone and built one himself, be good to get him on ES.

I like this design but it looks a lil fragile for serious offroad
Work...ES member Danny Mayes has designed a very good
4 Cross replica for me, that we hope to build in the future.

Oh yeeeah complete with my little pony stickers on them Phil :mrgreen:

Danny has actually designed a twin motored V-twin Turnigy setup for it
I have the autocad drawing for that also looks sick, Danny
Does some amazing CAD work..

It's kinda cool though. I want to know where he got his alloy linkages and blocks. Looks like maybe pre-made go cart stuff?

....on PC now so have access to 5the AutoCaD drawngs heres what the D_MaN
came up with, these are preliminary drawings alot still to do obviously

this is animated when open in AutoCaD looks real cool
The pkan was to cast alot of it Danny has a very large home
metal casting setup...

and the power would come from -->

with enclosed housing so oil can be run in it...

A project for the future anywayz, another two wheeler on the cards
will be first, to "test" the V-TwiN setup in of course LoL...

THat is seriously rock and roll. Hats off to Danny's work.

I love the way the V-twin aspect of the motor actually serves a functional purpose, I had expected it was purely aesthetic.

If you get around to building that thing it will be something else.

If you mean the suspension wishbones and uprights etc, it certainly wont be from a go kart...they dont have suspension or anything like that set up.
