help choosing bms

hi all. this is my first post here. so i have decided to build ebike. my system will be as folows:
Crystalyte HS3540
24 A123 AMP20M1HD-A cells
2kw conttoller.

i need help choosing decent BMS to manage 24 cells not to bulky and with good balancing properties. thanx in advance.

try cell-man.... i have 36v,20amp a123 battery,charger and bms from him...EXCELLENT
