if you need wheel nuts for an X5

if you need wheel nuts for an X5 the place to go in the UK is http://www.toolmaster.co.uk/. they have all kinds of different threaded nuts and bolts. i found this out today and now i have my X5 back!

i thought the thread was a 1.5mm pitch but it was slightly off. it stripped some thread off the nut but this was ok. the axle acted like its own tap to re-thread the nut!

Porsche wheel nuts fit the X5 axle nicely and should be available at any auto parts store.

i think they are a US imperial thread? not metric
