Court Rye does a nice job with his video and web page review. He is independent and enthusiastic.

Yes, Court did a great review.

Now, if only future SIMBBs would incorporate torque-sensed PAS and full suspension...

A couple of issues?

Range: 35 to 45 miles (56.3 to 72.4 kilometers) depending on rider, terrain and weather
Top Speed: 28mph (45.1kph) when pedaling in throttle mode
Ride Time: ~1 hour varies by rider, terrain and weather

So it does 28mph for 1 hour and covers 35-45 miles?

I know all retailers BS on range figures, but it's getting silly when you contradict yourself in the same spec list.

Then:

That’s everything you need to go upwards of 30 miles distance at nearly 30 miles per hour!

It's a 481Wh battery so 16Wh/mi.

Since you're covering a mile in 2 mins thats 480W. That leaves the rider to do a lot of pedalling considering collective experience suggests input power to achieve 30mph is more like 1000W.

Good point, Punx0r.

I think what's described on Optibike's overview are just corner points of the envelope of performance.

As you pointed out, it's highly doubtful that all those parameters can be met simultaneously.

Wow! It's been 4 months and I have not heard any reviews on this bike from actual owners. Anybody in ES know of any owners? Would love to hear their reviews.
