Hello from Stockholm Sweden, I stated to work as bicycle messenger on food delivery company. Ubet Eats and much better German Foodora. (only allowed to do with bikes no scooter)

Everything was going good until I started to have meniscus problem on my knees. Now I have to not to pedal but have to buy an ebike capable of doing 25km/h only with throttle or both full pedal assist and full power throttle Range must be 60km at least mininum estimated acoording to the worst scenaria snowy cold windy blizzard weather and includinga ride on hilly sides of stockholm like slussen,södermalm etc.

By the way the ebike should appear like a normal bike I know there are so powerful ebikes like stealth bomber bike but it may attract cop's attention I while riding on bike paths of stockholm. I want to sneak out :D Here is the bike I would like to have a 29'' size bike which still appears an innocent mtb. that trek may be too expensive for me right now I have other alternative

total weight including me and bike and the bag 130-140kg.

Hub motor must be powerful(how much you suggest) with functionality of having 2 modes

for eg. Stealth 1000w emtb has such a function of switching between 250w on city bike paths and full power of 1000w but this brand only have one size mtb that doesnt fit to my need. http://cyclotricity.se/stealth-1000w/
For such a function we need to have tork controller ? or whatsoever ?
(which brand is reliable have good quality waterproof what ı mean at least rain will not stop) lets see suggestions for hub motors below
Gearless brushnless should it be?

8fun where to buy

http://www.dapumotors.com/124-2/ I couldnt find on retail sale on google?

Swiss

http://www.go-swissdrive.com/das-go-swissdrive-system/ maybe the most reliable ??

Or other brand suggestion.

Middrive with full throttle ? but too expensive right now for me. I am afraid of crank drive if it brake downs

About batteries ? Racer_X maybe you know http://envolt.se/index.html they are in solna making custom made batteries
also bromma elcykel did hearth about it ?

I have googled but too much info pollution about ebikes sold on net. Maybe someone here know where to buy such a ebike on internet / especially within EU if available?
or anyone from Stockholm here knows where to go for custom made affordable ebike ?
Budget is actually 1500 euros but lets see how much would it cost to build such a ebike

I am not handy man Someone or service should build up that ebike for me.

Note: I am aware of Eu Regulations which are politically amended protectionist guys for car makers. no need to remind :)

Hej,

I have a couple of hub motors , the Light weight Q100c CST from BMS Battery . ( But I would only put that on a very light bicycle like a Road/Gravel/Cyclocross Bike )
and
The Mac motor , I have the Mac 6t it is faster than the 8t/10t/12t/ with less torque, so since you are only wanting a slower speed like up to 25 kph you could get the 10t or 12t version .

The new Mac motor comes with a temperature sensor inside the motor , which when connected to the new Cycle Analyst V3 will shut off the motor if you ever start to over heat it.
It has other improvements as well.

For your needs it would work perfectly.

The vendor that sells the parts is EM3ev.com . ( If you wanted other systems there are other vendors so I am , Not , only promoting just them . In your case they have what you are looking for )

Look at my Womans MTB conversion.

Click on the link below . My first Conversion .

Em3ev.com sel a special version of the BBS02 crank-drive kit. It's 25 amps at 36v and marked "250w", so is one of the most powerful legal kits you can fit. You can have a throttle. There's also a guy in Norway selling the same motor, but I don't have the link. Maybe search Google for "36v 250w 25 amps norway Bafang" or something like that.

Racer_X I am looking for your valuable suggestions here you know ebike service building up ebikes or you do tuning on your own ?

Also I would appreciate if you can answer my questions on the first my post on this topic.

You hava fb ?

Thanks

The hub motor bike, Vector style, is good for the usage that you plan. I mean, that is the kind of build that is reliable to ride a lot of mileage with low maintenance. Yet, it doesn't look like a legal ebike and you are the only one to know the police attitude in your region.

For the purpose that you plan, I would build with similar components on a cargo bike. It is easy too build discreet motorization on a cargo bike, and their loading capability does distract the attention off the ebike components. Also, that is the kind of bike that would suit the purpose perfectly.

Varmt välkommen To our kickass international ebike forum.
Yes, I know Envolt. He is one of this forums outstanding members which goes by the forum name Allex. I hope he does not mine me outing him.

I totally know what your going through, i have seen those " Ubet Eats" guys swooping through the city delivering food. Your going to love it doing it with the "E".
There are a couple of ebike routes you can go.
Geared motor:
MAC 10t, with a 29er will be around 36km/h depending on many factors ie. weight, resistance etc.
Direct Drive:
9C 9x7 with a 29er will be around 39km/h.

Why do I recommend +35km/h. Because it is good to have the extra margin of speed: for resistance, snow, rain, low battery and in case you get into a tight spot.
I have been commuting in Stockholm traffic for the past 8 years on a 1000w ebike speed limited to 40km/h, and it works great.
I also have a 2000w that goes +50km/h but that one stays in the shed because it is too fast for day to day commuting in the city.
The authorities do not worry about you as long as you are considerate to fellow cyclist, pedestrians and cars.
If you are in the neighborhood of Söder Stockholm, I can help you order the stuff you need and install a kit on your bike.
Here are some the ebikes i have built, you might have seen them around town.

By the way if anyone sees that mongoose, That one was stolen recently. Send me a message if you see it around town.

Forgot to mention. You will need atleast a 48v 20ah battery and ride at around 25-30km/h max to get +50km distance on a Direct drive.
You can also go geared 250w hub motor and a smaller battery. But that will get boring quick in my opinion.

I believe the speed you are looking (25 KPH = 15 MPH) for can be met by almost any ebike motor. I run a Bafang SXWU (250 watts) at 36 volts in a 700C wheel that easily runs that fast even into headwinds. Much of the time it runs closer to 28 KPH but that is on level terain. The small geared motors are all very "stealthy" and easily hidden in either the front or rear hub. The 50KM (31 mile) range could be a bigger challenge. I estimate about 1.5 to 2 miles (2.5 to 3.2 KM) per Ahr on my bike but I NEVER run it flat. It is conceivable that you could get your target range from a 12.5 Ahr battery but that would be marginal. To really maintain your "stealth " you might wish to consider two smaller batteries that you swap out as needed.

Another consideration is how you carry your cargo. The principal purpose of my bike is to going to the grocery store. I love my Travoy trailer. It allows me to easily accomplish that task and handles well in traffic. It keeps the load low the the ground (center of gravity) and does NOT have any ill affect on handling of the bike.

Best of luck to you.
