I got the info about these motors from Xiongda today. It doesn't show on their website or anywhere else yet, AFAICS. 1.4kg is significantly lighter than a Q100. I've ordered a couple for testing, so should be able to report more in a couple of months. They would be suitable for anyone who wants to make an extreme lightweight or stealth build:
