I've ordered a new cassette for my bike.

Will this chain be good for this cassette in combination with a 500W BBS02 using a Lekkie 42T Bling Ring?

Exactly the same chain, cassette and chainring size (ALCEDO brand), that I have been using on my BBS02 750w for the past 4k miles.

I have never had a chain break or derailment in all that time, although I recommend that you keep your front derailleur on the bike. Make sure that the chain is not too long, I took some links out, but not so short that you cannot select lower gears. Also, adjust the B-tension screw correctly.

When they do eventually wear out, replace both the cassette and chain at the same time. Do not try to save money by replacing just one or the other, you will regret it lol.

here's a better way to deal w/ the accelerated wear when using mid-drives. since we're using cheap 8spd chain we could afford to buy a few of them for the price of a single 11spd chain so grab a few and rotate them. sprocket life is greatly extended if you do this

if you use just one chain until EOL then your sprockets, including the expensive Lekkie, all wear together

That`s the one i`ve been using with my BBS02 750w. KMC or Wipperman would be the ones i`d choose.

Also have a look at this one from KMC, made specifically for ebikes http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/kmc-z1x-ept-e-bike-chain/rp-prod120652?gs=1&gclid=CMSXzO2c2s4CFQMFaQodPwEEWg&gclsrc=aw.ds

Wipperman "eBike" chains will not run on narrow wide, ie, Lekkie or Luna Eclipse.
