When we retrieve parameters in an analyst cycle do these parameters go into the controller where the analyst cycle intercepts the signals of the controller

The cycle analyst has it's own memory and the parameters are save in the cycle analyst. It sits between the controller and the battery to monitor voltage and current in the circuit. It can also be used to override the controller's inputs if set up that way.
