Does this seem like a good price, for these components. $3400 shipped by sea delivery. Any questions you think I need to ask them ?

Sample price for our 72v 3000w enduro ebike is USD3100

This bike contains : high quality carbon steel frame, Rockshox hydraulic front fork, DNM rear suspension, Zoom hydraulic disc brakes, 72v 29.7ah lithium battery, vp handle bar, KMC chain, Sunringle rim, maxxis tire and our newly invested TFT display with RFID system.

I will show you our 72v 3000w enduro ebike configure in the attachment ,you can check it !

Answer your questions :
1.we can do the frame yellow color for you
2.for our ebike frame size i will show you the picture in the attachment
3.Our frame can hold the battery and controller both inside ,do not worry
4.for 72v 3000w enduro ebike we use 72v . 60A .24 mosfets Intelligent square wave controller
5.we match the 72v 29.7ah battery(use samsung cells) for 3000w bike
6.Torque for our 3000w motor is 100-140NM

God help you. It's anybody's guess as to whether the components are genuine, to say nothing of whether they're well chosen or the overall design and workmanship is worth a damn.

I've worked on plenty of counterfeit Chinese crap, and I can tell you that the look is correct but the details can be totally screwed.

Yes, there is a risk here....but another poster recently purchased 1 of these steal Chinese ebikes from china, and he is happy with it, and he builds ebikes also, so I'm willing to take a chance....

Please rumme, skip your idea.

Buy a decent bike from the local classifieds, and build that one up.
Or buy the motorcycle looking frames that are sold around here, like that Qbix one, Oh I forgot the name of it.
For $3400 you could actually build up a frocking awesome ebike.

I would buy a MXUS 5000W motor right from the manufacturer MXUS.
Then I'd buy a $750USD Adaptto controller with all of its accessories +$175USD.
Then I'd buy a battery from Justin at http://www.ebikes.ca or from MXUS or build your own! $1000USD
The bike I'd choose would be from pinkbike.com and it would be the Trek Session just because everyone seems to love them. $1000. Or any from from this thread https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=88998&p=1297729&hilit=Trek+Session#p1297729

Ive built 3 ebikes and was interested in trying 1 already prebuilt which doesn't have that " homebuilt look to it " . In other words, all the wiring is hidden well, the bike looks streamlined, etc.

anyways, the factory sent me some more stats on the ebike , does any of this sound legit/ decent components ?

the motor we use the brand is C&N motor :
  A---Voltage:48V-72V   Rated Power:3000w   Peak Power: 6000w
B---Rpm:900rpm/min, and we also can do the 500-1000 rpm/min if you want.
  C---Rear motor fork distance:150mm
  D---fit Disc brake
  E---Max speed:70km/h
  F---Torque:100-140NM
  G---Magnet:43H

If you end up doing this. Be sure to contact the vendor directly. The advertised price is ALWAYS negotiable. I know people have gotten the bike I ordered for a few hundred less than I paid.

Also, you may want to check out local classifieds. I've seen a few "stealth" like e-bikes on craigslist after I bought my China Clonebix that I would've bought instead had I not been so myopic and so focused on getting something new.
