Has anyone tried one of those connectors to bridge battery and controller ? They look pretty waterproof to me, though rather weak in terms of ampacity. Perhaps doubling the link with a 4pin connector could work out ?
On a sidenote, the wiki article about connectors needs serious revamp. It's basically just a list of connector types (incomplete) followed by an incredible mess of various links to threads. I would love more details about the pro/cons of the usual connectors, as well as a simple simple of recommendation taking in account ampacity / plug cycles / waterproofing.
