And what's your story? :)

Mileage: 6000
Bike: Montague Paratrooper 26" Folding Bike
MAC 10T, 9fet Infineon set to 17amps, 14S6P 18650, max speed 32mph, ordered hpc bag for my diy batteries. Started with salvaged laptop cells and now running tesla cells.

Amazed that everything is still holding up well!!! Probably one of the best things i've ever tried in my life, still having smile on my face every time I ride!

6000 pretty good! That's about my record for a particular bike. I stopped really keeping track at about 8000. Best guess by now, a mere 20,000. That's because I got sick, changed jobs and no longer commuted by e bike. My total much less than a lot of guys on this forum.

Just 1900 miles. But I but I built mine about 9 months ago and had a surgery and recovery that kept me off the bike for about four months.

I've been electric since 2008 with family van use for transportation only a tiny % of the time the first 8 years. The last 2 have been 100% 2 wheel electric. My cargo bike, Blue, put in service in 2008 and still alive is still my highest mileage ebike at over 20k km, but I'm putting over 1500km a month on my Super Scoot that I put in service just over a year ago, so it may pass Blue before I get my latest build on the street (a 2wd bigger scooter with dual HubMonsters). Like Dogman I don't keep track anymore, but with 10yrs electric I'm definitely well past 100,000km combined, and like the OP going electric is by far the best thing I've ever tried.

My ebike has around 2600 miles. Everything on the bike works great. Just needs new tires because the treads are worn pretty good. Brake pads are worn and need to be replaced too.

I have 3 eZips with over 10,000 miles on each.

2009 eZip Trailz LS (Low Step) - 12,000+ miles
My 1st "Ladies",
"Comfort Cruiser" (refurbished & with new 25.9V 26.4Ah battery) - re-sold to neighbor last Fall.
Respoked drive wheel with washered 12ga spokes. Geared for max torque, 485w motor output with 14mph top speed. Originally rebuilt for 350lb rider, but fell through, new owner is extremely happy!

2008 eZip Trailz - near 12,000 miles
geared for 21mph cruising - w\PA near 25mph
25.9V - 33.3V eZip packs capable, but also has additional plug for 36V = 27mph
Upgraded to Epoch DNP 32-11T 7spd for pedal assist towards 30mph
Hmm ... can't find picture, think ES lost a bunch of pictures way back when switched from Http to Https ?
or, used links to pictures on other eBike forum that died?
Stock photo (actual bike has "enjoyed life" for 10 years)

See - 10,000 Mile Club

Also have 2008 eZip Mountain Trailz ~7000 miles as dedicated Winter bike (The Snow Beast)
Geared down and volted up (37V) for torquing through the slush and snow.
Oh, and yeah, studded tires!

Various other eBikes also ... eZips + 3 hub motor projects ...

FWIW, a quality bike of any type has many thousands of miles in it. That giant MTB I bought used, noticeably worn. I commuted on it three years, doing the 6000 miles or so. Since then it became my primary dirt ride, and gets rode 10x harder. NOTHING other than a tire has worn out on it. But its been through many motors, controllers, batteries, etc because I was overvolting them, or just putting so many miles on batteries they just got used up.

A good bike, really good one, can literally be a lifetime deal. The motorizing shit can be beat to death, especially if you make the mistakes I did, overloading motors. But that bike can last!

2234 miles on my folding ebike. Mostly for commuting to work, but also riding for fun. Running a 48V AllCell Battery. Kevlar tires, puncture resistant tire tubes.. No flats so far.

I was planning on adding a motor to my old folding Dahon. But in reading AZ laws due to the new legislation I also was reading the bike laws. My Dahon has nominal 16" wheels that are actually about 15.5" in diameter. The law says "larger than 16!" Bummer. Maybe I can find taller tires that add the extra half inch and then a smidge. :^)

If it calls them 16" on the bike or tire, I think you're probably good. ;)

But a "fatter" tire will ride more comfortably anyway, given the smaller diameter wheel, and the road edge conditions in a lot of places around the valley.

FWIW, there's a lot of kids bikes that are only 12" wheels, and I don't see cops taking them away from anyone, regardless of where they're riding them. ;)

The law says "greater than 16" or so. Not "16 inch and greater". That said, who knows if any LEO will really know the law? So it probably doesn't really matter. But I'd prefer to have the bike legal on the basics.

If fatter got me taller no big deal. 16" wheels ride very harshly. My idea is to keep the bike at the studio for running quick errands, going out for lunch, etc. Also, I just like the thing. We have history. :^)

I commuted hundreds of miles on this thing. So you are probably right. But when you add a motor it does increase attention. A taller tire would make me fell better. But you are right. It will probably never turn into an issue.

The "ebike" I use now is SB Cruiser, a trike,

and IIRC it has just under 3000 miles on it today (might be just under 4000). Gets used just under 5 miles for the work commute at least 5 days a week, so call it 25 miles a week minimum. So that's about 1300 miles a year minimum, not counting trips outside of work (which I don't do that much of anymore, these days, but used to add another few hundred miles minimum per year).

The battery has enough capacity that I could probably go nearly a couple of weeks without recharging, but I generally recharge it every week. If there's a chance I might have a side trip somewhere in the next couple of days I recharge it full, just in case.

I don't recall the mileage on my other bikes/trike, but I'm sure that's all in one of the various mileage threads (and in their build threads). CrazyBike2 would have the most, probably more than 10,000 miles, at a guess.

I had to go into estimating after burning out the speed sensor on three different speedometers :) but I'm at over 15,000 ( but prob a little over 20,000 actual) on the same cheap motor and controller as it moves from frame to frame.

This motor has a built in drum brake, that is still on the original pads after all those miles, and the Schwalbe Big Apple has been there for at least 90% of that. I'm on the fifth back tire though... darn burnouts...lol.

19,000 miles on an old giant mtb with A123 20ah 5 years old controller up to 90amps. 1,200 cycles and still strong and well balance. Melted four motors and two controllers. With high regen that's hard on frame even with dual torque arms with bolted clamp. Now powervelocity 18fet bt sinewave controller. Looking for new battery but I'm spoiled with the power and balance of the A123, big heavy battery.

A little over 3000 miles so far. Have two 14S batteries for a total of 31aH. Ride the bike every chance I get and love it. Some of the best money I've ever spent.
