I can't imagine there's a wire to remove and make it faster. Okay, that's brushless, right? Under 10 mosfets? Not a scooter where they care to tell you anything about it, right? So there's cheap controllers such as Greentime https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Greentime-High-Quality-48V-1000W-45Amax-BLDC-motor-speed-controller-Sensor-Sensorless-Electric-Bike-Scooter-Controller/492963725.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_4_10065_10068_5910015_10130_10547_10546_5890015_10548_5724715_315_10545_10696_531_10084_5724015_10083_5970015_10618_5724315_10307_5724215_5724115_10059_5860016_100031_5725015_10103_5725115_5980015_5724915_5990015,searchweb201603_56,ppcSwitch_5&algo_expid=bad9e6d1-5939-44c4-a5ba-308a5fafe3db-11&algo_pvid=bad9e6d1-5939-44c4-a5ba-308a5fafe3db&priceBeautifyAB=0 you can get and maybe double the wattage, voltage, etc. Comes with 48v 17a and they call it 500w. There is a 25a available for an 800w version of your scooter, probably not the answer. Maybe you go for a 72v, 1000w. You can try the 72v batteries before you replace the controller, it might work..
Maybe you could go with a 48v 1000w rear wheel/hub replacement. http://leafbike.com/products/e-scooter-hub-motor/16-inch-electric-motor/16-inch-48v-1000w-rear-hub-motor-641.html
Also, can't vouch for this, they says it's 'Torque Boosted.' http://www.mr-scooterboost.com/PREMIUM-500W-ITALIA-PLUG-N-PLAY-ELECTRONIC-SCOOTER-BOOST-KIT-ITALIA500WKIT.htm
