Anyone recognise this bugger?

I'm not sure of the look, but I'm curious about the guts of this bugger. Could have a the head tube moved forward for a bigger front wheel. But the small back wheel's a good idea. Why ebike makers continue to copy the stupid bicycle maker idea of having the same size wheels back & front is beyond me. Motorbike makers have known for years that with rear suspension it's better to have a smaller rear wheel, even if it's wider. Is there a website on it? Would look good with a dual seat & a luggage rack. Looks a tad unbalanced visually without them.

And re wheel size, virtually every street bike has a larger rear than front, and nearly every off-road moto is the other way around, so more dictated by use then one way being inherently better. Most bicycles are the same to simplify spare tubes and tires, as the vast majority are never getting pushed performance wise enough to make split sizes worth it.
