What is the best e bike conversion kit for both a mens and womans electra towny bicycles?

The first thing is that you're using g Townies, good bikes, so maybe you want better than the $200 stuff. Talk about how you'll ride, etc.

Townies are good bikes for rear hub motors. good rear dropout plates on those that make bolting on torque arms easy.

But the question is how you will use the bike, hub motor might not be your best choice. But a rear hub motor can be the most affordable, easiest conversion choice.

Front hub motor only a good choice for a townie with no suspension fork.
