This is what I got just double checking to make sure I'm doing this right. Ebikes.ca recommends putting the left elbow IN to make up for dishing???

Questionable data entry:

offset dishing -4
left elbow IN
right elbow OUT

That is OK. Long time ago, I had laced my first cromotor v1 (same as QS205h50v1) in the SAS rim. It did last pretty long, 2 seasons riding mountain trails wearing about 15 Duro Razorback tires. It was laced 12ga spokes with nipple washers and custom flange washers. 164mm black Sapim spokes both sides out the flange, long nipples, single cross. Almost the same as you are doing.

The motor is still alive on the bike (Demo-8 ) that’s been sold after 5 years of hard riding, now laced in a Sun MTX 39 with 14 ga DT Swiss spokes.

Wish you happy rides.

M16 washers are normally available locally. Try car mechanics or auto parts. M16 is a pretty common size. The nut is 1.5 pitch, I find a variety in the neighborhood: some that have a washer or star lock attached, some nylock, or long acorn cap nuts with wide seat for car mag wheels.
