Hi!

I recently got a used Rayvolt Cruzer, and I want to improve it with some upgrades. I asked the official store about those parts (mudguard and rear rack) but they asked me about 500€!!! So, I would like some help to avoid that kind of investment in such a bad bike, because it is the coolest ebike I have had, but also the worst one.

I would like the carrier to be the strongest the possible, so I add a saddler to it and give a ride from time to time to my son.

Also, I need to upgrade:

- Brakes: from really bad mechanical ones to decent hydraulic with ebrake.
- Lights, integrated with the battery (work in progress).
- Front fork, for something like this (same one used on the sportsman flyer): https://es.aliexpress.com/item/new-26-inch-retro-double-spring-suspension-bike-fork-Bicycle-Forks-Vintage-Bicycle-Forks-Fuel/32717870324.html?spm=a2g0s.8937460.0.0.700e2e0ekr1pw2
- Probably the controller. The actual one works quite bad when using the PAS, no way it can go smooth after I tried every single combination in the APP to configure it. Something which can handle 25-30A continuous would be enough, with PASS and bluetooth option to avoid using an LCD or CA. Any help? I got awesome 6x3770 sinewave spare controllers which could be enough, but I would love something similar to profiles, to easy switch between "power" to "legal" depending on the place I am using the bike.

Screw PAS with that bike. Just learn to use the throttle right. Pick a gear, pedal in that gear, bring up throttle to make that pedaling easy. PAS can't react as fast as your brain and hand can, to keep the effort level. Just don't death grip the throttle, preferably a half twist, and you can ride all day with throttle, comfortably.

Adjust your power best with a CA. So get a CA compatible controller and CA. Three speed switch controller can work too, but nothing beats a CA.

Not the answer you were looking for, but IMO, its the best way to go, unless you want a thun controlled PAS and CA.

Thanks, but main problem is the law, without PAS, I shouldn't ride on public streets, and I got a Vector + Cromotor for that. So I prefer to stay legal or nearly legal and I really need the PAS for that. I also prefer to skip CA or any LCD, to maintain it as clean as possible, that is why I look for a bluetooth controller. The CA is overkill for this bike, which I plan to use to commute to work (5km travel).
