I have the problem that the controller suddenly switches off at full throttle,
and with fast acceleration.



What does this error mean?

You'd have to ask Kelly to be sure, but "pedal" usually refers to a "gas pedal", or accelerator foot pedal.

So it means that the voltage it's getting from your throttle is going above whatever limit the controller has setup in it, or it's hardware limit, when you turn it past a certain point.

You'll need to measure that voltage, and then find the setting in the kelly software that limits what it should be, and change that setting to be just beyond what the throttle actually provides.

Hi there, if I understand correct you are trying to use Kelly kls7230s and QS 138 engine.
Sad to say but some time ago I've tried same config and have same result. In other hand Kelly 8430H works perfect with QS 138.
