Using blue osec app to set best hall angles

Hi everyone, I was wondering how is the app used to find the best hall sensor angles? I had the app running and was turning the wheel slowly by hand but the angle pie thing doesn't look right as hall angle 2 is missing. The motor runs pretty smoothly and quietly but I would like to get the best efficiency and performance possible.
