Newby RC question..
New turnigy 63-54 motor and 100A ESC running on 18.5 v LiPo.
Runs fine on light loads, but when a heavy load is applied there is a loud "rattle" or "clacking" sound from the motor.
What is causing this, ? timing ?
what is the cure ?

Sounds like you have a loose magnet already.. That sucks.. it happens though. Just go to the local hardware store and buy some of the strongest epoxy you can find. Give all the magnets a nice thin coat. (the longer the epoxy takes to cure, the stronger it is... I think...)

Or you can get some of this, it was recommended by someone else, I've never tried it. ( I read about it on another post)

That would the strongest epoxy that you can find that does not contain metal. JB weld would be one to avoid.
