Reversible cute geared hub motor, is it possible?

Hi,
I have a q85 hub motor, I want to use this motor for something other than bike. So I need to make it reversible, in a way that it will rotate in two directions without much loss of power. I read in other topics that this can be possibly done by locking the clutch inside the motor, can someone provide more details on this ? Photos will be much appreciated

Dis-assemble the motor, take out clutch, degrease, weld, re-grease, re-assemble...

I don't know of anyone who has posted pics of that procedure, or I would have saved them.

I have no idea if the Q85 would end up looking the same as the Q100h on the inside.
