Which Hubsink V2 for this hub?

Hey Guys,

I have this unbranded 3kw hub which is super common in my country but I have no idea what to choose from the list as a type of motor when purchasing the Hubsink V2?
Aren't most of the MXUS/Cromotor and such the same diameter? what about width? and if not, how do I choose?

The pic is not really reveling much useful information for me. If you could use either a tape measure or a caliper and measure the width between the flanges and the outside diameter of the motor, measured in the middle of the flanges. If you don't got a tape measure at hand use a piece of string or slice an A3 paper and just mark where it meets around the center of the hub and measure the length with a ruler or if your caliper got a ruler on one side.

Most likely you can fit 2 hubsinks side by side if you fancy if that motor is a 205 50H clone or no-name version. Iirc the width of the Qs 205 50H between the flanges are 40 mm. The hubsink is just under 18-19 mm wide. So for a 205 clone two hubsinks will fit side by side should you fancy that, at least 1 hubsink should fit just fine unless your motor us very narrow less then 18 mm between flanges or have an unusual out diameter dead center between flanges.

It's a 45H magnet, not 50H.

but why are the hubsinks so narrow for such a wide motor?
It's expensive enough and I need to buy two?

No no you only need one. Have you got Ferrofluid yet? Hubsink works very well with Ferrofluid.

Price is not high for the hubsink. The guy who makes them and sell them made them for the ES users. He is a member on this forum.
So those hubsinks are small production run, and I don't think he makes much money out of selling them. He did the design also. Think of all the time, money and effort he put into the hubsink to be able to sell them to fellow es members and ebike enthusiasts. I would say the price is just right.

I didn't say the price is unjustified, I just said that it's high.
I talked to the guy through their website and he said that if the flange spacing is higher than 35mm then I can fit two sets but thats super expensive for me.

This will be well spent money, and paired with the Ferrofluid you will have a stable motor that you can run long time without heat issues.

Btw I didn't mean to come off as a jerk, I just wanted to explain and justify the price because I think it is an awesome product and I also like the fact that it is made by a fellow forum member. Sorry if you felt I was attacking you, that was not my intension.
