I've seen some people hack a Tesla Motor Controller.
Hm you can check Arlos build. He made some good progress and went over 300Hp.

Also i am making dual motor inverter interface from Chevy Volt inverter. It will be based on Johannes brain board and Lebowski brain boards. There are 2x 500A IGBT bridges and someone suggested to run both of them in paralel! Now that is an idea worth considering. It would have to be two IGBT bridges run from a single brain board though! I wouldnt trust two different brain boards to run completely in paralell. My inverter will support Emrax motor since Roman and I have a quiet understanding

Otherwise i have a 1000A 120V Zapi AC5e mosfet inverter at home that i used to run ACIM motor and my car to 180km/h!
I dont know if it could be converted to PMSM use but i sure know Zapi made BLDC models.
