Controller help tongsheng KZQW26

Hi sorta new to ebike have a friend that has helped / sent me here done abit of research and bought a bike now ive been trying to look up my controller and have not found anything if anyone has any info on it that would be helpfull.

I also could find some what solid i formation on my lcd and so clarification on the controller may help as i found nun.

So my question is can i change the max speed /ah drawn from the lcd or do i have to plug it in and program it it up it. Why i ask is because i have tried changing the speed to 40km/h and it only goes 32.maybe itwill it just be from what the controller is limited to? As well as motor.

Second would be the max ah output for the controller and i found nothing about it when i looked it up.

I also attached a picture of the motor name because i figured any info would be helpful.

My battery is 48v 13.5 ah battery 25 discharge i know of at least. Can get more info if needed
