Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, I still selling controllers. Can you tell me the brand and model of the motor you plan to use? The better controller for your application is the 6 FET 3077 Mini Monster Programmable LYEN Edition Controller ($79). The 3077 (it is referred to the IRFB3077 MOSFET high power transistor) is a better choice for you if you do not need to go over 75V. The IRFB3077 has lower internal resistance for higher power and/or lower temperature at the same power level of the 4110. I will configure the controller for your 48V battery voltage prior I ship it out.
Here's the preliminary recommend itemized total:

Here is a brief descriptions for the items mentioned above:
Optional controller add-on:
Cycle Analyst connector, external USB-TTL connector for USB-TTL programming adapter, regenerative braking enable/disable jumper
The Cycle Analyst connector is for interfacing with the Cycle Analyst ebike unit. For information on the Cycle Analyst, click below:http://www.ebikes.ca/drainbrain.shtml
The external USB-TTL connector is a plug that is needed to interface with the optional USB-TTL programming adapter.
The regenerative braking enable/disable jumper (for direct drive hub motor only) allows you to enable or disable the regenerative braking without the need to open the controller case.
The USB-TTL programming adapter is to be use to make controller parameter & setting changes via your PC.
The cruise control module is a handlebar mounted switch that allows you to hold the speed without keeping your hand on the throttle.http://lyen.com/Products/Product_Photos ... Module.JPG
The PAS (Pedal Assist System) module is a crank mount sensor that spins the motor when it senses the pedaling movement.
The three way speed switch a is handlebar mounted unit that allows you to limit the maximum speed with three difference settings. For example, speed mode 1 = long range, speed mode 2 = legal limit, speed mode 3 = maximum or turbo.http://lyen.com/Products/Product_Photos ... Switch.JPG
The Half Twist Throttle is to control the speed of the motor.http://www.lyen.com/Products/Product_Ph ... e_W%20.JPG
The Full Twist Throttle is to control the speed of the motor.http://www.lyen.com/Products/Product_Ph ... rottle.JPG
The Thumb Throttle is to control the speed of the motor.http://www.lyen.com/Products/Product_Ph ... rottle.JPG
The electric brake lever(s) consists of momentary on/off switch. When the brake lever is applied, it signals to the controller to stop the motor from turning.http://lyen.com/Products/Product_Photos ... Levers.JPG
Electric Brake Magnetic Sensing Switches are to be mounted underneath the brake levers, which allow you to use your existing brake levers especially useful if you have hydraulic disc brakes.http://lyen.com/Products/Product_Photos ... e_Pic1.JPGhttp://lyen.com/Products/Product_Photos ... e_Pic2.JPG
The DC-DC Multi-Purpose Voltage Converter is a versatile device to down convert voltages for recharge your PDA phone, running flashlight from your ebike battery. For more, click below:http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewto ... 31&t=21459
The Electric Bike Controller/Motor/Throttle Tester is for troubleshoot ebike electrical issues. For more, click below:http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewto ... 31&t=20413
The Hall sensor (Honeywell SS41) is for ebike motor faulty hall sensors replacement or RC motor to ebike implementation. For more, click below:http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewto ... 31&t=20410
The Planetary hardened steel gear sprocket for BMC/Puma/MAC motor is the enhanced gear sprocket for higher torque and speed. For more, click below:http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewto ... 31&t=18732
The multi-function switch which consists of a SPDT switch for left/right turn signal, a momentary switch for horn, and an on/off switch for light. You may use the light switch for controller on/off, the horn switch for regen, and the left/right switch for other functions such as speed limit settings. But a little electronic knowledge is required on the wiring. Click here to see the picture of the unit.http://www.lyen.com/Products/Product_Ph ... Switch.jpg
The Torque arm (angle adjustable) is for strengthen the dropout to avoid damages to the bike frame due to the torque produced from the hub motor.
Please let me know your email address, and if you have any other questions and would like to purchase the add-on or accessories mentioned above, I will calculate the total and email you a PayPal invoice to purchase. Thank you!
Like E Bike-E wrote:Hi Ed,
Are you still selling controllers? As my username suggests, I have a Bike-E semi-recumbent and I'm converting it into an E Bike-E. I bought a 48 V battery and motor, and I'm looking for a 20 A controller. I'm not putting on any extras, not even a brake connection. So I'm just looking for a simple inexpensive controller at 48V 20A, and I live in Toronto, Canada. I hope to hear from you!
