Interested too

Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
Yes, I would like to buy one.
Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
Well, I'm surprised there is this much interest so quick. Now I just need everyone to be patient while I work on getting them produced. I will post a new for sale thread when they are ready.

Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
When you have them ready for the Magura throttles, I am in for at least two. Will keep a look out for your for sale thread.
Thanks, and I hope you have a lot of success with the product!

Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
Should work but I reccomend against it due to bypassing the safety mechanisms I built in. Would be much better to adapt the magura to run 0.5v to 4.0v which is easy. I do not have any room left on my boards to do it without going to smd parts. I can't go to smd as i would like to because it makes the manufacturing of this product too expensive due to the stencil cost.151 wrote:When you have them ready for the Magura throttles, I am in for at least two. Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
I adjusted my magura with trimpots first, then have that going to the throttle tamer. It's been great for months now. Far more intuitive for adjustments than the ca-v3 too.
Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
count me in too!
Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
iam also in with minimum one =)
Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
I lost mine during the move to the new crib. I still have your beta one that works. Put me down for two new ones, so my two CA2.3 won't be obsolete.

Yep, I am interested!
Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
Quick update. I have paid for the manufacturing. I will have 3 boards from OSHPark here tomorrow and build one up to verify before I give the company the go ahead to start making 100 of them with all the parts installed.
This has been a very educational experience. It takes quite a bit of work to bring a product to market. I just hope they don't muck it up. I'm sending them detailed photos of everything. I'm not providing them with any code, I'll be installing the Micro Controller and code here after I receive them. I hope things go quickly, they estimate 30 days. It's better than my wife and I spending several days assembling and soldering the boards ourselves... I think. I'm hoping for a much nicer overall finish.

Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
I would like a few. What is the cost? Thanks.
Re: Anyone interested in more Throttle Tamers?
Pricing will be $40 shipped in USA, $45 shipped internationally. I had to bump the price up by $5 each due to the manufacturing costs, sorry about that. Good news is every version is dual output, it's not an option any more, I decided to have them all made with two outputs.
