The difference in R&D this time is great, the polystyrene block and the compartmentalised area's for the bits amd bobs . To be marginally picky the bottom bracket is still quite notchy and feels like the bearings have been made in the same shape as a wavey disc. But the overall quality is fantastic, really like the 'Remove After Ride' keyring, it's screaming out to be fitted to a magnetic killswitch like treadmills have.

This is my second frame, the Vector Team pulled RAL Colour chart on me when I requested a green. I chose, they painted and I'm chuffed, simple as that! I've noticed the threads on the frame have all been clean this time, last time I had to retap a few from paint ingress. Also, the panel bolts have changed from the quite large rubberized thumb screw head to a much lower profile silver flathead allen bolt. Again if I were picky I'd rather black screw, which is likely the route I'll go down. Only a couple quid and can be classified as the personalized 'farkles' .

Need to sort a camera, bah bike before camera any day .

*Edit - Just for your info for the bolts, looking up 'M6 furniture bolt black 20mm' should give you what you want .

ok, in order to fit 1000 cells, it would need to split the battery pack into 4 * 250 cells group.
Each 18650 cell is about 20.2x20.2x70mm with bracket.

A 250 cells group would be of:
Length = 25 cells = 505mm
Height = 10 cells = 202mm
Width = 70mm (length including plastic insulator)


So total "tank" inner capacity would multiply by 4 the width which gives us : 50.5cm * 20.2cm * 28cm

Assuming I'd use NCR18650PF cells at 2.9AH/cell, it would weight 50kg and give me a battery capacity of 72V140AH

Holy moly... I would like to see how long you can drive with this, without having to charge it... Also I would like to compare this with a Zero Offroad Motorcycle.. Just the price difference will be already perfect!
