I am mind blowing myself with my current bike because I want something usable all the time and nice to drive, but this battery is too big for the bike.

The fact is I wanted something durable and not rc lipos. I have some with a drone and they are really not supporting bad use, but I didn't care enough how complex it was to find a correct place on a bike, and how bad was the driving with 8kg on the saddle bike rack. That's sure, with a raptor, things are different. I think, If I go for a 170 raptor, I will start gradually with frame and fixture, keeping as much as I can from my previous bike, and update it gradually.

Take a look at Vectors new sidecovers before you decide on what frame to get. Maybe there is a way to fit your existing pack on the regular Vector frame after all. The new sidecovers will widen the frame.

I just received a laced motor from vector and what can i say.....

Vector.....work on your packaging.

Both axleends were outside the box and worked their way around in that ghettostyle cheap box.
It was made of 2 boxes i guess.

No tiny bit of styrofoam.....just the box with the loose motor/wheel inside.
The rim was wrapped in some cardboard with cable ties, but when the whole 13kg item is loose in that box, it dosent help much.

My motor direct from china, or the box, looked way better after thousands of kilometers.
No surprise, they use solid styrofoam to let the item stay in place.

The vector box only travelled inside germany.

And again no bill, just arturs private adress on the box.

we also send motor in stronger box, but we dont have stronger boxes at the moment for motor inside the rim. Is it damaged ?

My motor was well packed in some styrofoam. Normally it gets delivered with styrofoam. Hope your motor isn´t damaged.

Sorry about that ziltoid81, I was hoping that since I will send it just inside the country they will not throw it hard.. I was wrong. I will order special box for motor with rims. Can someone confirm if this is the actuall acceleration you would get from thew typhoon bike?
13.50 in the video you see what i meant!

Yes, it really is. I have testrode one a couple of times with I think 20s. It´s that much accelleration that you can´t even use all of it in one second, because otherwise your frontwheel would directly go up into the air. But don´t forget: The controller, battery and motor has to do with the accerlleration / max. speed. So if you want much accelleration you will need a good battery with many volts
But trust me: It´s the money worth it^^ I had the smile of devil when testriding it

Nominal voltage: 74V 37.5Ah How does this setut work out for a guy who just want to have some fun time, and go back and fourth to work on a sunny day? =)

CW = Luftwiederstandswert = Air resistance = around 0,7
m = Masse = Weight of Rider and Bike together = (65kg + 44 kg bike) = around 110 kg.
Battery Capacity = 2.5kWh
Ø Speed = x

RED COLORE = not real, surce on example motorcycle, google search motorcycle.
BlUE COLORE = personal value or just real data.
GREEN COLORE = differnt, not consistently data.

-When calculating it with your datas, you have to change the green marked data, and parts of the blue marked data.
