Very excited to see the new frames.

Any chance we might see a moto seat kind of like this, with a compartment under seat for locks, cells, sunglasses whatever?

New in the "Fun with Frames" serie :)

OK, so I kind of like what Bultaco did with the Brinco, by creating a straight line from rear axle to head.

So I decided to check what a vector style frame would look like following the same principle (thanks to Photoshop) :)

Image

The tough part is the swing arm in such a design. a bit tricky to do with simple welded elements (but not impossible)

Artur, do you have some pics for us of the bare frame without any carbon look-cover? Just like only the steal part? I would like to know if the frame would look even more aggressive then it already does without all the covering of it.

Picture of what? of poor packaging electronic parts?
i told you allready in your pm that its not about broken (for now, cos i cant test it yet) it is what "somebody" think about sending electronic parts flying around in the package.
two controllers without foam or bubble wraps bashing each other on the journey to the customer isnt a good idea.

-if nothing happend its only LUCK.
-your experience that a package is not lost atm is only LUCK.
-if you send a package that is more then 500€ worth let the customer make his own decision to pay 3-4€ more to get full refund when package is lost.

you didnt learn the lesson to handle a customer. yes we just ebike freaks i know. but if there is something wrong, clear that by yourself. ask maybe to take a call.we both live in germany.
iam not here to blame you. i feel like teaching you how business work. you dont imagine how much money you lost when customers "talk" about VECTOR.

sure you can give a shit about that. but you can be sure, if there are options to buy from another "official seller" more and more people will do it.

All "bad packaging stories" here have one thing together.....
you cant say sorry for what goes wrong.

anyway....
i hope my "stuff" work well...if not, iam sure it will REPLACED with a new one and not SHIPPED to RUSSIA to inspect or repair!

Thank you for your advises. I will take them into account. I will order now more packing/protective soft material to cover things inside the box. Anyway, you and any other customer don't need to be worry about this things. We will cover everything, if something wrong. It's not about dhl insurance, we have our own insurance that covers things like this (lost/damaged package).
The bad thing about dhl insurance is if you mention price of goods 500+, then receiver from non EU countries will pay huge customs.. so our private unsurfaced is much better option.
Thank you for helping us to offer better service, I am more then happy to offer you a discount in future. :)

1)
from that frame with the swingarm alignment issues i have sent you many pictures and additionally i was forced to spend hours to describe the problem because of your ignorance!
in the end i got NOTHING replaced or refunded
2)
same thing with the bended sidecovers because of your improper packing.
you simply have straightened them out instead of replacing them and i had to fight with you to get back the shipping costs
3)
the problem with the two "prototype" kickstands i bought for 110$
you promised they are strong and will hold, but they don't..

Now i'm still waiting for the replacement stem which not have that weak point in the middle.
Will i get those, or not?

1) :-/ I cant replace modified items.
2) I agree. It was my fault, the box was small. At the end you received straight side covers (same, but absolutley straight), and you received money for shipping.
3) I told you on the same day - send them to me and I will send you new model kickstand. I dont know why you didn't send them to me. :?

Yes, I will try the edit button next time haha :D

Sorry, while reading my own post I realized that I didn't meant the halls of the controller to motor, I mean the balancing cables of the battery.

I want to connect my battery to the controller via one single connector and have to know the continuous current of the BMS cables. Does anybody know? Like the cables which go from the battery to the BMS.
