So far they are performing perfectly. We are just a victim of White's production scheduling.

I'm not sure what you mean? "Drill into motor cover"?

What number of engagement points do these have?
What number did the regular HD freewheels have?
Is there a higher engagement option possible to cut out the free range of movement?
Thanks

We don't sell ACS. This is a very close equivalent: http://www.sickbikeparts.com/catalog/pr ... cts_id=178

Can anybody say if Ultra HD FW will allow a sprocket with center of : 2-1/8" ID
to fit onto the flange ??
Image

- Im trying to find a #25 chain sprocket with an already bored center to fit the UHD FW..
- would save me alot of cash switching from the dual bearing Token FW..
where I have to get the splines machined down, and a sprocket bored out..
thnx

Interesting. Could Pablo or some one clear up confusion for me? How much hp torque can the threads take on a standard hub? And more importantly is there enough sufuace area on the freewheel to machine a small half keyway into the inner threads??
Then a bunch of torque and no striping threads!

There is not enough room in the hub to machine in a key way. We never have had a customer strip the threads of their hub. Not saying it isn't possible, I just have never seen it. I would also state a steel hub likely is a bit stronger than an alloy hub.

Hub? Are you referring to the crank arm threads? The only torque transmitted through the threads is the force of pedal input from the rider. No motor torque is transmitted through the threads.

Finally after many years (seriously) of work we have a product that is ready to test. We only have a limited number, so we want real e-bike testers, not just people who want something free. Thanks!

Please PM me if interested.

This thread is from 2015. The UHD FW's are working great and the evaluation period is long over. Thanks!
