Re: Cnc Service For ES members
This is awesome. I could use a frame mount for my controller, but i have never used any sort of CAD program. Do you offer any sort of universal or adjustable mounts for controllers? If so, how much would that cost?
Re: Cnc Service For ES members
Wow your getting killer results out of that little machine! What feed and speed are you using with what bit most of the time. Annoying question I know but I'm not getting good results with what gwizard tells me.
Only brutal acceleration will do.

I Have a 2.2kw spindle upgraded to linear guide-way for more stiffness.
The feed and speed depend on many things but for you information: I can go fast

Re: Cnc Service For ES members
For those who want to put there battery pack on the front fork, I made a adapter for that.
You can remove the battery pack easily and it's a very throng set-up.
I could make more if there is a demand.
More pics coming

Re: Cnc Service For ES members just add front bat brackets
I really like the convenience of having my batteries in my back pack but some customers that want to try the bike find it annoying.
So I decided to have a small 20s 12AH pack on the bike. the best place to put it is the front fork.

Re: Cnc Service For ES members just add front bat brackets
Very good option for es users!
It would be great to have such person in EU because shipping from canada will kill the low cost you probably offer :/
Anyway..This holder is made of plastic? I can't imagine it would be made from metal.
If it's not a secret what machine are you using? Seems very compact!

I use Hi density natural plate plastic.
This plastic doesn't crack and very machinable .
