Nut 16mm 1.50 ) Okay trying to get to the hardware store I didn't know it closes at 12 on Saturday it's the special hardware store 30 miles away. So 2 hour and shops later and the third hardware store with the spacers everything right next door to my buddies electric bike store I need the wheel turner. So Corona del Mar Ace Hardware has everything it's just been taking over building next to building in hold everything. So going to grind down my axle space in my frame. Bolt down with norlock washers then my custom home brew Toque Arms. Pend pat.

Plus I used a spacers 6.5mm for dnp 7sp 34-11t freewheel. Not working yet.
I ended up with 8mm for chain to work on 11t.

BionicDan fallow your advice and used the 14mm axle lock washers yes the one with one ear. I did fine machine washers, but like the slot washers better. Justin has them fat and flat 14mm slot washers. I also needed 6mm for the 7sp dnp freewheel.

Yeah I think it does a better job of gripping the frame with the slot washers. Normal washers just bent :)
GEARS? Where we're going we dont need gears!

Due to metal plates and a body full of nuts and bolts I am as bionic as my bike. Mxus 4t 120v toshiba fets and 16ah 24s nanotech.

I ended up using 8mm so my chain has some freedom. With a dnp 7sp.
