Swingarm Drive for Qulbix 76R & 140R

Post by LightningRods » Jun 30 2017 6:12pm

My swingarm drive for the Qulbix 76R and 140R is now available. It's designed to fit the 165mm dropout width Qulbix swingarm on both models.

This drive requires a left side drive #219 kart sprocket. I'm also producing billet aluminum hubs that allow fitment of the sprocket plus disc brake rotor. The hubs have sealed bearings and a solid 12mm 4140 axle. Thick 36 hole spoke flanges. The current design has the left side threaded for a 1.375" x 24 tpi freewheel. The standard left side sprocket is a 96 tooth. Combined with a 12t motor sprocket this creates an 8:1 reduction to the rear wheel.

The last part required for the drive system is an offset brake caliper mount. It replaces the standard Qulbix mount that attaches inside of the swingarm. Milled from aluminum billet.

PRICE LIST

Swingarm Drive including L-R Big Block motor, mounting brackets and hardware, 219 driver sprocket, alloy sprocket guard, front chain tensioner. $495

Billet aluminum 165mm rear hub with sealed bearings and 12mm 4140 axle. $275

96 tooth stainless steel #219 sprocket, 6 bolt disc pattern. $50

Billet aluminum disc brake caliper mount. $50

The Big Block will run all day at 3000 watts. Blasts of 6000-7000 watts provide light motorcycle performance. Weight of the complete drive is approximately 12 lbs.

Please PM me if interested.

Thanks,
Mike

Sensational Mike.

That is a decent price for those after more sprung higher powered options mated to a proven frame.

I look forward to the reviews guys!

You can remove the 155mm swingarm by 5mm on each size .
165mm swingarm is the original size ;
Caliper is not parallel on 155mm swingarm .
Caliper is right on 165mm swingarm .
155mm swingarm is a 165mm tighten .

On the pedal side, can a 5 speed freewheel fit or only a single speed?
