seems to be a great charger for higher powered vehicles - at least if there is no Adaptto system installed.

10-102V, 1-25A, 94% eff, active pfc and lots of protections sounds AWESOME.
finally there is a good alternative to the crap EMC / BMS battery chargers.

Remains to be seen. However if it's built and designed like the BMS-24 it will be great.
Direct communication with the designer who listens and supplies trouble shooting help. His boss won't let him release source code or complete schematics, but he will supply partial diagrams as needed.

I suggested a few things that he is working on. Such as networking in a future version that will allow battery health to be followed remotely.
A buddy let 10 Leaf modules go dead at a second home because of an ac connection that needed a harder insertion than was supplied by an unnamed spouse.
Also an auto start selection for maintaining charge. Even after power outage, hopefully.

I'll post his answers, and pass along any suggestions.
Steve asked for light and rugged, but I don't believe a 25a charger with fans will ever be a good on-board charger.
Opted for XT-90 connectors included as it makes it easy for full power burn in a factory.
Tail included.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your suggestions and from Grant.

Lock programming choices option? For simple start procedure. It means charge same battery at last charge setup, we will modify the program as below,

on battery type interface, choose battery type and then press knob for 2 seconds start to charge at last charge setup, OK?

Restart option to allow continued connection to vehicle during storage. It means the battery is still connected to charger, and charge connected to AC outlet, when battery voltage goes down 2V or more, the charger will restart to charge, correct? If yes, we will add a option on program setup interface, such as “Restart to charge” YES or NO.

Maybe a low power selection for maintaining batteries. Maintain button for storage of lead acid types? Maintain means battery voltage is in storage, such as lead acid battery is 2V per cell, LIPO is 3.85V per cell, but the charger don’t discharge, if battery voltage over storage voltage, how to maintain? If battery voltage under storage, can setup the charge terminal voltage to storage, the charger will charge to storage as maintain. At the same time, setup “Restart to charge” is yes, the battery will keep the storage voltage.

Restart with bms settings. Or restart with low voltage. Even restart weekly to check battery level. Restart with low voltage, not restart weekly to check, or with BMS settings.

If not possible, maybe alarm low level. Operates if no ac power and low battery. we can do the Restart function.

Future future version.

Network solution. User can poll charger from another location to see how his baby is doing. Smile good idea.

Either bms or charger.

Separate product?

Waiting for your kind and soon comments.

Have a nice day

That's fantastic to see a ZVS power supply topology enter the hobby world. I may get one for my kick scooter, thanks for importing them.

can the amps increase at lower voltages ? or is the current fixed?

My understanding is 1500w or 25a limit.
After I get a few out, I will welcome suggestions on improving them.
No way to update in the field. (he may give me the ability if there are bugs)
The price is high, so will only order moq of 20pcs unless there is a lot of interest.

I asked about referring international sales back, for direct delivery. I was told there is no saving for customer buying direct.
Whether true or not I don't, and have no control. I will ship when convenient, if I can save you money, but have no interest in coming out of retirement. :D

Info is now on Chargery.com.

Based on power supply 1500w. Over 5,000 sold in usa.

25a 102v output can be set up in power supply mode.

Set up to restart when voltage drops 5%.
I would think 10% better?

Up to 4 can be connected parallel for fast charge.

Next release 3000w charger.

May not matter so please feel free to disregard , but charger.com forwards to 7sc.com and neither seemed to have any information.

Ahh I see you meant this web site http://www.chargery.com/ . I am straight now.

OMG!

This charger is great. Has everything I asked for.
Without instructions, had it charging a 24s volt pack in 5 minutes.

Set chemistry
Cell count
Current
End current
End voltage 4.1 etc.

Displays:
Volts
Amps
AH
Time

Single knob setup:
short press to change setup
long press to charge
short press to abort

Select in menu, one time charge or restart with 5% drop ( for storage set up for 3.7v or whatever)
Does Lith or lead etc. all

Power supply mode for 10-102v 1-25a.

Ahr display on the charger is a great feature.

Let me know if they come out with a smaller version. This one would be overkill for any of my packs.

If a few people agree with you, I'll see what I can do.

A 3000w is in the works.
Smaller size and weight is what you need?

Remember this can be used for all your batteries and as a bench supply.

In all honesty I'm having trouble finding the time for testing. A bunch of projects are happening at the same time.
And Jason needs feedback to finalize sw.
So far it can't be updated in the field.

The 3kW unit sounds like a fantastic addition to ebike charging options. That's right about perfect for timely charging ebike sized packs.
