Chargery claims, that as a preferred distributor, I will get the only one built. :D
He is only to write the LTO program before shipping. (that usually introduces bugs)
Also getting LTO programmed 6s, 8s, 10s DC balance charger samples.
Check out some of barbjb listings for 6s lto modules and kits.
If I can figure out a way to ship, I will weld 11ah cells for es buyers. Max 4p with tab length.

That one is pre-welder.
I have the aluminum to copper terminals for $2. I buy in bulk.
100a rated.

Foam area is all empty space.

For all your 12v apps. 6s 11ah pouches with 6s lto balance charger and 3 bolt copper clips. 1p to 4p. easy peasy!

Thought there would be more interest in 12s balance charger.
Google find many threads on the topic.
This is the second of many new Charger products to come. Including 16s chargers.
My sample is shipped tomorrow. Hope to have it in a week or so.
Meanwhile my LTO building continues. Finding last piece of puzzle. 100a al to cu terminals.

Wishful thinking I guess. Jason is busy with last minute testing, and did not get them shipped last week.
I may also stock a few bms16 and 6&10s dc balance chargers.
If any one needs anything, still time to order.

At long last, the beta test 12s 40a ac/dc charger is on its way.
Not in time for Christmas. :( Scheduled for 12/28 delivery.
Preliminary pricing 10-20% more than C10325 charger.
If it does what's promised well worth it.
When I get firm pricing and delivery dates, I will take pre-orders at same price of retail C10325.

HA! I used to visit there, my uncle was a teacher and coach at St Felix, decades ago. Maybe we can meet for coffee sometime? Or do you have a shop?I don't drive but have a caretaker/driver.

This charger is amazing.
Anything you can think of, it can probably do.
Balance only.
Cycle or discharge.
Internal resistance.
Display all cells on on screen.
40 amp rate.
Ac or dc input.

Well worth the high cost.
Fast enough to charge 24 or even 36 cells. One bank at a time.
Replace cell meter, charger, and bms in many cases.

I hear the fan running on and off. I'm power balancing 12s. 1.3a max.

First job was building an adapter pcb to switch over all my 9p xh to 7p xh.

I'm definitely interested in one of these. Any idea when you anticipate pre-orders?

Also, will it have any external control capability? IE, can I turn charging on/off from an external source? I have a peak/off peak rate plan where I live and I'd like to be able to schedule the charging with an external automation system. Worst case would be turning input power on/off to the unit but will it start to charge automatically when it has input current?

Jason, has been Mia. I know it's a real product, because I have one. He hinted that it would be released before Chinese holidays.
As of now it needs to be started manually. As was the c10325. I have him add auto mode, so it would start when connected.
As the new balance charger is more specialized, I'm not sure he will update firmware by request.
Are you thinking of a specific application?

It does have a data port for control by bms-24t.
In a future release, it may be used for something else.

As the production units will not be released until after cny, I may have a member willing to test the beta unit for me.

Anyone care to vouch for : ElectricGod ? :)
Can I send it with no deposit?
He has also volunteered to check out the 3 apk files for 24-32s bt bms.

It would be nice to get an outside opinion before I commit to moq.

I vouch for him! OK...that doesn't really count. Ha!

Ask these people about me. Some I've helped, some are just people I've been in touch with a lot on ES.

ecross...building an 18 fet PV controller for him (germany)
drc...helping him with his scooter build (UK)
Ianhill...just an online friend (UK)
pota...helping him with his EV builds (holland)
teslanv...I have $600 of his money right now for a KMX frame kit. (USA)
LightningRods...mostly I buy parts from him (USA)
PowerVelocity...I help him improve the PV controllers and telemetry modules and I buy his stuff. (USA)
shortcircuit911...he's done some machining work for me and I've done some BMS work for him (USA)

If you are interested doing a review. Email me your shipping address and I'll send it to you for testing.
I can send it right away if you have time, or wait til it's convenient.
I will also let you use a bt bms and give you a sample 11ah lto cell to play with.

why would you need to change p?

Can you use 12s JST XH socket on this.. I have LION 12s8p pack and while I use BMS .. some cells don't get balanced to their full potential. The BMS is more so it won't overcharge the cell once is to 4.20-4.21 but it won't charge the cell that might be at 4.14 etc.. it's batterysupports BMS that just sort of kills the charging.. on 50.7V charger and since it one pack all built together I can individually charge each S using 18650 charger but I can do only 6 a time odd or even

You can certainly do 12s with it. I don't know what the production model will have for sockets and adapters.

They didn't quite finish production before cny.
Some time in March.
I'm hoping it will pop up soon an chargery.com.

Sorry for the really late reply.

I did initially have a special application in mind but I found a better way to take care of that need.

What I need now is a decent 12s, or more, charger/balancer setup for bench testing and analyzing batteries. Any idea if this will have USB or serial output so that I can grab grab statistics during charge and possibly control the charger?

The BMS24 is a candidate as well but it is only mentioned USB in the context of firmware updates. Can the USB port be used for more than that?
