You made your second partial payment for the frame on the 26th of February, at which point I informed you that I had a holiday coming up in 2 days, and that I would try to ship the frame beforehand.
Unfortunately, as with many trips, things were chaotically busy leading up to my departure and I wasn't able to fulfill your order before leaving.
I returned into the country on the 8th, at which point I finished packing and had your frame in the mail on the 12th.
I provided you the tracking number immediately, and thanked you for the transaction.
Excluding the trip which I informed you about, I had your bike within 4 business days.
Im sorry you haven't received your frame yet, but I am certainly not taking people's money and running.
