Welcome to ES.

Good to see better access to these products.

I fixed one typo in the initial posting (1500A -> 150A on 72150).

I don't see any prices other than shipping cost. Does that mean the controllers are free other than that? ;)

If not, it's required to post prices.
Prices varies with quantity, Email or PM for prices.

The 72200 is a good option for your application.
Our rating is different than most of other companies, 200A is rated phase current for Mobipus while 300A phase current is mainly used to name their controller by other brands.
PM or Email for more information.

A while back, guess spring of 2017 there was talk about mobipus also had a dlc-28 clone motor. I believe that motor is what is used in the 50KW electric supermoto build but I am not sure. Will that dlc-28 clone motor also be available to ES members? It seems like a perfect match for the 72600 controller....

Hey,
Thanks for the attention.
First of all we can sell Motor and controllers in combo as well. Not only Motors, we can also recommend you with other components like battery, Charger, BMS and etc.
Secondly the Supermoto did not use dlc-28, it was powered by a custome made 40kw motor.

I Danny,

So now we can buy individual units?

It seems that you also resolved the shipping issue.

If that's correct, then I should delete my group buy post.

Thanks,

Marc

Great. Let us know when the website is updated. Or feel free to post information on all of your products here in this thread.
Yeah I know it was not the dlc-28, that motor was mentioned as a dlc-28 clone here on the forum. It was said that the clone was more efficient, had better power output and higher peak power. But full data of the motor was lacking back then. Do you have more information on that motor? Happy to see all available data, including weight and the measurements for the outer shell.

I’m getting lots of questions about this as several folks who know me know I was about to start selling again. Or at least I thought I was.

I partnered with Mobipus originally to get some motors and controllers and to convince them to let me sell to aftermarket. Then there was some private issues within the company. I’m sad I sold my 40kw motor on but that’s life. I wasn’t to know I wouldn’t get more.

We recently made a visit and renewed the relationship. I managed to preserve my old pricing.I undertook training and managed to get full software access. But I now have no idea how it will work again going forward. I’m reluctant to take any more orders from ES people until I know what the plan is in case I get stuck with stock.

Thanks to those who have sent me a pm to ask what is going on. I don’t know.

Sam.

The motor for the supermoto was special made for our client, we couldn't leak their specs to the market.
However, I will post more updates on our controller and builds to demonstrate the performance of it.
I could post some samples of mobipus with motors that individuals can purchase on the market eg.QS, Nine-Continental, Golden, ME and etc. leave a comment for what you wish to know.

As the official, we encourage those who wish to buy our product to seek for local retailer, not only they could provide faster and better service, but also they know the demand and need for individual user better than us.

I would like to see how the 72400 would works with my QS205 3.5T motor in a 17” rim. I’d probably never go over 250 battery amps but sometimes want more than the MaxE puts out now.

May I ask whats the rated RPM for your motor under 72V?
For 3kw motors we recommend you to use 72200. The motor temperature will easily exceed 100 degrees if you use 72400.
