Up for sale a 3000W rated V3 motor at mere 200 EUR. Bought one too many for my projects.

Fast 3 turn winding, expect top speed abt. 55-60kph @ 48V and 75-80kph @ 72V in 26" wheel: https://www.ebikes.ca/tools/simulator.h ... A&cont=C40

Alloy stator with for better heat dissipation, stator width slightly over 43mm.
0.35mm laminations for high efficiency
2 independent sets of hall+temp sensors (found on opposing stator sides)
Fat 4mm2 phase wires with XT150 plugs, will provide mating plug set for additional 3 EUR.
M14x10mm axle that fits standard torque arms
4mm spoke holes drilled for thick 2.9mm/3,2mm spokes. 2.3/2.6 spokes can be used with additional brass washers, supplied for extra 5 EUR.

Standard 135mm spacing with single speed freewheel, about 145-150mm with 7speed DNP freewheel. Axle spacers included. Should also accomodate 170mm fatbike frames with torque arms inside frame dropouts.

I've run the motor and 7sp DNP freewheel successfully in a 135mm dropout alloy frame (Kona Minute) with a fair bit of spreading (6-7mm). This was made possible by slight dremeling of disc brake caliper and adaptor in order to fit without supplied rotor and axle spacers. Dishing is not optimal, but I do get away with it. I run it relentlessly at 74V and 60/140A current. Installed a 140C thermal switch on the +5V hall power line. Have yet to overheat it.

9.2kg claimed weight - 9.4kg on my scale incl. wire, plugs and all hardware. Torque arms and 7sp DNP 11t freewheel available upon request.

wow maybe the solution to the major headache from trying to put rear disc brakes on the mxus 3k!! Well done. just got it too bad im stuck with the origional 3k till i sell it.

I should add that my brake caliper is a Promax mechanical. You absolutely want the lowest profile caliper available, and dremel it down to the state where you can barely turn the 5mm allen head that adjusts the inside pad. I took away a good portion of the grub screw that kept this adjuster from turning on its own. So far no loosening or other issues. Although the caliper does look a little scary, and if you don't know exactly what you are doing, or if making a bike for someone else, it's not generally recommended for obvious safety reasons.
I also modified the IS-PM brake adaptor to move the caliper about 2mm outboard. This is about as much as it gets before you start to file down the PM threads, and before the IS threads become too short to be safe anymore.

I only have a 160 but 203 wouldn't help here. No hydro brake that I know of will fit in such tight space. Just get a 150 or 170mm dropout frame and be done with that. That is when you require high performance brake or consistent feel on an MTB. For casual road riding, my mechanical is more than adequate.

I suppose yr right. Im making this difficult than necessary ive literally spent multiple days trying to make this work. I need a bigger frame or get rid of it. I'm not messing with it..one more try.
