Help,wanted ZENN

Hi,

I’m disabled and can do nothing. We have a ZENN that my,wife took in and had new tires installed and since then it has no power, too speed of about five mph. Id really appreciate it if someone could check it out and hopefully fix it. I hope it’s something simple. It’s parked at a friends house in San Anselmo.

When you say it has "no power", are you pushing it down the driveway to get 5 mph?

Or, is it powering itself, but only making 5 mph under battery power?

What was it able to do before replacing the tires?

Most likely, it sat for a long time, battery has bad or low cells, needs balanced or bad cells replaced, or a whole new battery pack.

How long did it sit, waiting on tires, how long have you had it, did it ever work while you owned it, are you able to provide any useful and hopefully accurate information so your problem can possibly be solved?

For those who don't want to spend the effort searching, this is an LEV at least 10 years old, Canadian, no longer produced.
