Starts:
electric powertrain developer XING mobility released test footage of their 1,300+ horsepower, rally-inspired supercar — the world’s first electric supercar with on and off-road capabilities — MISS R. XING mobility’s vehicular-duchess was tested on a wide variety of terrains. here, it can be seen thrashing down a rough gravel path, taking full advantage of its four-wheel torque vectoring agility.

"an immersive-cooled battery pack"...
See that enormous radiator at the front? If they are immersing the battery in Novec or equivalent fluid with a quarter of the heat capacity of water, they will need 4 times as much radiator
Very cool though.

Novec is pretty phenomenal in all aspect$$$, including its ability to weep right through most common fluid sealing interfaces. Quite the fluid to contain long term in complex systems, but possible to do.

Each carcinogen vapor exposure includes a dice roll for cancer.
Each mutagen vapor exposure includes a dice roll for reproductive genetic defects in your children.
Each engine start sprays them into a shared atmosphere which includes beings not offered an opportunity to consent accepting these cancer experiences and defective genetics life experiences.
Every post is a free gift to the collective of minds composing the living bleeding edge of LEV development on our spaceship.

Tell me about it... we're playing with it at work at the moment. Not a fan...

What's the crack with immersion cooling of pouch cells? From what I've read, tab cooling is 3x more effective than cold plates sandwiching the cell, due to the terrible thermal conductivity through the cell layers. So even with liquid cooling, unless the tabs are also submerged it wouldn't be very effective.
