Help choosing a E scooter hub motor

Hi,

I'm thinking about making a e scooter and I dont know what to use for a motor. I want a brushless hub motor with a 13-15 inch off-road tire with somewhere between 800-1500 watts with a top speed around 20 mph. I was thinking about https://retail.uumotor.com/product/15-shallow-wheelbarrow-motor/ but it's top speed is 10 mph. There is not much info on it and idk if I will be able to make it faster. I dont need any specific size or voltage because I dont have a frame or battery yet. I'm starting off on finding a hub motor and going from there.
Any help and recommendations on a good hub motor will be greatly appreciated.

Don't use a wheelbarrow motor unless you want to go wheelbarrow speed. If the thing goes 15 kph on 48V, you'd need 96V to go 30kph. That's expensive, inconvenient and even dangerous.

Keep reading, and don't fixate yet on what you think you want, because at this point you probably have insufficient data.
